Shipping Policy

Every order is packed and inspected by hand before it leaves our warehouse. Processing time Orders placed before 14:00 (store time) on a business day are usually handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery estimates - Standard shipping: 7-15 business days. - Expedited shipping: 3-7 business days. These are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Remote addresses and customs clearance can add extra time. Shipping cost Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination, the total weight and the shipping method you choose. Any free-shipping promotion is applied automatically once your order qualifies. Tracking As soon as your parcel is dispatched you will receive a tracking number. You can also find it on the order detail page in your account. Customs and import taxes International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Undeliverable parcels If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
