The payment options we accept, when your card is charged and how refunds are issued.

We keep checkout simple and transparent: you always see the full amount before you confirm an order.
Accepted payment methods
- PayPal — pay with your PayPal balance or any card linked to your PayPal account.
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) — processed through our payment provider, we never store your full card number.
When you are charged
Your payment is captured when the order is confirmed, not when it is packed. If an item sells out before we can fulfil your order, the unpaid part is released automatically and you will not be charged for it.
Currency and conversion
Prices are shown in your selected display currency for convenience. The actual charge is settled in the store base currency, so the final amount on your statement may differ slightly due to your bank's exchange rate.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment fails, the order stays unpaid and nothing is shipped. Please check that your billing address matches your card, or try another payment method. Contact us if the problem persists — we can re-open the order for you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. PayPal refunds usually appear within 3-5 business days; card refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
