Your account brings orders, addresses and your wishlist together in one place. Creating an account An account only needs an email address and a password. You can also check out as a guest, but an account lets you track orders, save several delivery addresses and keep a wishlist across devices. Order history Every order is listed under "My Orders" with its current status, the items purchased and the tracking number once shipped. Status changes are also emailed to you. Delivery addresses You can store as many addresses as you like and pick one at checkout. Set the one you use most as default; you can change or delete addresses at any time. Passwords and security Passwords are stored hashed — we can never read them. If you forget yours, use "Forgot password" to receive a reset link. Please sign out when using a shared computer. Your data We only collect what we need to process orders and support you: contact details, delivery addresses and order history. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full details. Closing your account Contact us and we will delete or anonymise your personal data, keeping only the records we are legally required to retain (such as invoices).
